DeleteWell Aquinas wrote a commentary on Aristotle’s Politics. You could try that if you cannot find any good modern commentaries.
Delete@Unknown, some important names that come to mind include the Salamanca School (also known as the Hispanic Scholastics), Luigi Taparelli and Fr. Henrich Pesch. I think you would be interested in Johannes Messner's Social Ethics (Herder and Herder, 1965).
